Father's Day

This Father's Day was a special one because we were able to celebrate with Brian's Dad and my brother in law Sam. Stephanie was here from Cali also and it was a lot of fun! 

Summer begins

Summer has hit and strangely the weather has been cool for MD this June, more like what we are used to in WA. A welcome change from the hot humid weather of last summer - it's still early though and that humidity I'm sure will still smother us at some point this summer. We started our summer with an afternoon in D.C. seeing  the capitol and WA monument and visiting the Smithsonian. Definately a place that needs several visits to cover all the ground!
